Carla Riechman, the CEO of Giggle Fest University, has been involved with the Art of Living Foundation, inspired by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar since May of 1989. This Foundation can be found in over 150 different countries around the world teaching stress release techniques. Millions of people around the world have had their lives positively transformed from these techniques.

Carla has known and been involved with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and this wonderful organization since May of 1989. She became a teacher of the Art of Living courses in 1990 in Halifax, Nova Scotia in Canada.

Carla has an amazing laugh, and Sri Sri asked her to go out and make the world laugh in 2001. She developed a Laughter Meditation program which is very unique and fun. People who have participated in the program love it and experience a deep feeling of inner peace and happiness after doing one session.
